Cassie won our hearts instantly! She is a high energy dog with natural ability and is Greg’s go to dog for any job.

She is a very versatile dog and works cattle, sheep and goats. She has great feel for her stock and love for her work. Cassie thrives in either paddock, yard or shed work with great presence.

2024 has seen Cassie & I start our adventure Yard Dog Trialing. I am looking forward to seeing us both improve.

Gabby (Imp NZ)

NZ Heading Dog

While not much is known about Gabby, only that she was Imported from NZ, her Sire & Dam and was born sometime in 2021 we were certainly excited to finally have found a NZ Heading dog to add to our team.

Gabs is such a loving, affectionate girl who has a high work drive and calm presence around stock. She also does have a fair bit of eye. While Gabs mainly has been working with sheep she has started to progress to training on cattle.

Gabby is part of Gregs team.

Daisy (Dubbo Turner)

NZ Heading Dog

Daisy is our 2nd NZ Heading Dog we have purchased. Dubbo Turner has done a great job with his breeding for work traits & trainability, and we were gratefully when he gave us the opportunity to purchase her.

Daisy is a calm natural worker with great distance and strength. While all her work has been on cattle, she has taken to working with sheep without missing a beat. She has a big personality and loves to talk to Greg.

Daisy is an asset to Gregs team yet will also work for me. I am hoping to have a go at 3 Sheep Trialing with her in 2025

Trevonnie Little (aka Lil)

Lil is such a natural in the yards and loves her work. She has been blessing to have been my first yard dog to start training as she picks things up so quickly, much quicker than me!! She has a loyal, goofy personality making her a great dog to have in the workplace as well as around camp!

Lil’s dam is a purebred Huntaway while her sire is a Collie x Koolie. Both are successful Yard Dog Triallers. Lil and I started Yard Dog Trialing in 2024.

Lil is also versatile to have been out in the paddock working cattle with Greg as well as in the yards when he requires an extra dog.

Kippa

Kippa is Gregs little Energiser Bunny! Kip first came to us to help load and unload the sheep trucks which she is a legend at doing. Kip is also his yard dog, so he plans on doing some yard trials with her.

Kippa is Gregs shadow, they have a very strong bond which is why I think she fell into working cattle for him so well.

Sharway Dixie

Dixie came to us early in 2024. I had hoped this beautiful girl was going to be my next dog, but she claimed Greg so has now added to his team.

Dixie has great natural cover on her stock with no fear and a lot of speed. She is going to be a versatile dog with working both cattle & sheep.
